Clarendon Manor can accommodate between 18 and 24 guests in 9 en-suite bedrooms and 6 day beds. The property is approached through a pair of impressive iron gates to a large gravelled turning circle in front of the house.

Ground Floor

Reception Hall: a large reception hall with a grand staircase, wooden panelled walls, large feature lantern light and seating

Dining room: a wood-panelled room with a large table seating up to 18-24 guests

Morning room: a wonderful room to enjoy a morning coffee or to escape the crowds with seating and views of the side terrace

Study: traditional wood-panelled room ideal to escape to read a book or watch a movie on the large TV with Sky channels

Kitchen: modern, fully-equipped kitchen with 2 large central islands, large gas AGA (winter only) and Miele appliances including 3 combi oven, 2 dishwashers and a large fridge/freezer. Breakfast table with seating for 6, additional lounge seats and large TV with Sky channels

Breakfast/Dining room: an elegant dining room with seating for 12-16 guests with an open fireplace and a feature glass cabinet

Function room:  for a party/function up to 80 guests (£1,000)

Bedroom 8: a double bedroom with a super king bed, sofa, TV with Freeview and views over the garden. This room is ideal for elderly guests and the bathroom is opposite the bedroom with a shower over the bath with shower curtain

Bedroom 9: a double bedroom with a superking bed and TV, this room is ideal for elderly guests. The shower room is opposite the bedroom with a walk-in shower.

Utility room: additional American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, wine cooler, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer

Cloakroom: with WC

Caterers kitchen: additional, fully-equipped kitchen ideal for the caterers to work in private

First Floor

Drawing room: an elegant, formal drawing room with large, comfortable sofas, beautiful fireplace and huge doors opening out on to a balcony with 2 sun loungers enjoying views over the garden. This is the perfect family room for everyone to gather together

Snug room: a large room with comfy sofas, TV with Sky channels, Xbox, selection of board games and DVDs, this room is perfect for the children to escape to and have fun

Master bedroom: a luxurious room with a superking bed, sofa, dressing table and wonderful views over the gardens, it also has a large TV with SKY channels. The master en-suite bathroom is a beautiful bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower and twin sinks

Bedroom 2: a double bedroom with a superking bed, TV with Freeview, plenty of wardrobes and a safe. The en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath with a screen and WC in a separate room next door

Bedroom 3: a double bedroom with a superking bed and TV with Freeview. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate circular shower

Bedroom 4: a double bedroom with a superking bed and TV with Freeview. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with a shower head

Gym: is fully equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, bike and weights

Games room: facilities include a pool table/table tennis and table football

Grounds

Clarendon Manor boasts 9 acres of grounds including beautiful formal gardens with extensive lawns (including a croquet lawn), grass tennis court, plus a rose garden, kitchen garden, paddock, and woodland. The terrace has tables, chairs and a large gas BBQ for al fresco dining. The 6/8 man hot tub is located on the terrace.
